Valaris today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ensco UK Drilling, has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with PETRONAS Suriname and Halliburton to support the development of PETRONAS Suriname’s offshore assets.

Romania’s OMV Petrom and Israel’s NewMed Energy have signed an $80 million rig contract with Noble Corporation covering the drilling of two exploration wells in the Han Asparuh block, offshore Bulgaria.
