Noble Globetrotter I to support subsea well intervention operations

West Africa

Noble Corporation announced an agreement with TotalEnergies for the Noble Globetrotter I to support subsea well intervention operations offshore West Africa.

Under the agreement, the drillship will provide up to 150 days per year on a call-off basis over an initial three-year term, with additional option periods. Operations are expected to commence 3Q/4Q 2027.

This collaboration brings together Noble Corporation as vessel provider and lead contractor, with Halliburton delivering well intervention services and associated technologies.

The teams will work as an integrated unit, combining drilling unit capability with end-to-end intervention services in a way that streamlines execution and provides greater operational range across the campaign.

The Noble Globetrotter I gives us a versatile platform to carry out a wide range of intervention work from a single vessel, which helps make these operations more efficient and give more flexibility in the designs; this approach supports TotalEnergies in delivering its intervention programs to maximize production of their subsea assets.
