Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, signed a decision to designate 711.4 square kilometers of water area in Azerbaijan’s sector of the Caspian Sea as a renewable energy zone to facilitate the development of offshore wind power projects and leverage the country’s renewable energy potential.
