Partnership

Boskalis Subsea Services has established a Preferred Partnership Frame Agreement with Anasuria Operating Company (AOC), strengthening collaboration across inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM), decommissioning, and construction activities in the North Sea.

The agreement introduces a long-term collaborative framework between the two companies, designed to support more efficient planning, improved operational flexibility, and seamless project execution across AOC’s offshore assets.

The partnership includes a dedicated project team and a forward-planning approach intended to support seamless project execution, improved visibility across upcoming work scopes, and safe, reliable offshore operations.

The agreement was successfully implemented in April 2026, with the first workscope under the framework scheduled to mobilise in September 2026.
