N-Sea Group announces new CEO

Pim Nelemans, formerly Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of N-Sea.

The Advisory Board of N-Sea Group announces that Martin Adler has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 June 2026.

Over the past five years, Martin Adler has successfully led N-Sea through a period of strong growth and strategic advancement, further reinforcing the company’s position as a leading provider of integrated subsea solutions.

The Advisory Board extends its sincere appreciation to Martin for his leadership, vision and dedication, which have been instrumental in positioning N-Sea for continued success.

Martin Adler will remain connected with the company as shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board.

The day-to-day management will be carried out by the Management Board, consisting of Pim Nelemans (CEO) and Ann Porte (current CFO).
