Taean Wind Power announced the appointment of Clement Helbig de Balzac as our new Project CEO, effective June 2026.
Clément will lead Taean Offshore Wind project, bringing 15+ years of global offshore wind expertise from Europe and Asia.
His proven track record – from project development, financing, construction, and commercial operations – will be key in driving the project forward and delivering meaningful outcomes that support Korea’s energy transition.
