Turkey announces big boost in Black Sea gas reserves

Turkey has upped the estimate of its natural gas reserves in the Black Sea by nearly a third, putting its total deposits at 710 billion cubic metres (bcm) in a boost to its aims of increasing its energy independence.

China continued to boost Russian energy imports last month, as purchases of natural gas, coal, crude oil and oil products increased to nearly $60 billion since the invasion of Ukraine, from about $35 billion a year ago.

Baltic transmission system operators reduce energy imports from Russia

Wintershall Dea writes off financing of Nord Stream 2
