SolarDuck from the Netherlands has signed an LOI with partner, Tokyu Land Corporation, which will realize Japan’s first offshore floating solar power plant, Tokyo Bay eSG Project (led by the Bureau of Policy Planning of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government).
