ZTT announced the launch of Lan Hai Ling Hang, an industry-leading self-propelled Cable Laying Vessel (CLV).
Purpose-built for next-generation offshore wind developments and cross-border submarine power interconnections, the vessel is equipped with a 16,000-tonne cable carousel, DP-2 system, dual-cable laying system, suitable for far offshore and deep water installation, placing her among Asia’s most capable CLVs.
Upon formal delivery, this new vessel will undertake installation of inter-array and export submarine cables for domestic deepwater offshore wind farms across China’s coastal waters.
