Wind Energy – Cable Connection

ZTT Submarine Cable & System has finished the installation and termination of the 155 kV submarine cable connecting the Gode Wind 3 offshore wind farm to the DolWin kappa offshore converter platform in Germany.

The cable system was produced at ZTT’s manufacturing base in Nantong, China, and then transported to Europe. The cable-laying operations were carried out by the subcontractor Asso.subsea from Greece.

In addition to the installation of the submarine cable, ZTT also signed the Project Acceptance Certificate (PAC) with TenneT for the Gode Wind 3 EPCI project.
