Haesong Offshore Wind has signed a Capacity Reservation Agreement (CRA) with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, securing turbine manufacturing capacity for the Haesong Offshore Wind 1 and 3 Projects.
This milestone marks the transition from the earlier MOU to practical project execution, strengthening cooperation across technology, commercial, and procurement areas.
The agreement ensures stable advancement of the projects by securing turbine capacity, while also reinforcing domestic assembly collaboration through a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Doosan Enerbility. Together, the companies are expanding their long-term partnership and laying a stronger foundation for Korea’s offshore wind ecosystem.
