Saturday, May 9 2026

General – CTV Pair

Two new-build state-of-the-art crew transfer vessels from UK marine contractor Mainprize Offshore have just joined the Inch Cape fleet.

Operating out of Montrose Port Authority the 24-seater CTVs are the ride to work for offshore construction technicians and engineers.

Designed by WMD and built by Strategic Marine they will stay on with the project into operations & maintenance on a five-year charter.

The vessels have a bollard push of 21 tonnes, enabling personnel transfers in wave heights of up to two metres, increasing project availability by around 26 days each year.
