Fossil Energy – EPCIC Contract

Vietnam continues to advance the development of its offshore energy resources with the progression of Phase 2 of the Su Tu Trang gas field.

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation Mechanical and Construction, a state-owned Vietnamese offshore contractor, has been awarded the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) contract for the Su Tu Trang Phase 2B project.

The project is located in Block 15-1, offshore Vietnam.

This award underscores Vietnam’s commitment to strengthening domestic capabilities within its offshore oil and gas sector, while supporting the continued development of key energy infrastructure projects in the region.

Further details regarding project timelines and scope are expected to be announced in due course.
