Wind Energy – He Dreiht

EnBW has reached the halfway mark at the offshore wind farm He Dreiht.

This is an important milestone for Germany’s largest offshore wind farm: 32 of 64 wind turbines have now been installed in the North Sea.

For the first time, the 15 MW turbine from Vestas is being deployed, setting new standards in offshore wind.

By summer 2026, all turbines will be operational. With a total capacity of 960 MW, EnBW He Dreiht will meet the electricity demand of approximately 1.1 million households – all without subsidies.
