Ventus Energy has been awarded a series of four-year contracts by EDF power solutions UK to deliver high-voltage (HV) management and support services across five of its UK sites.

The technical service agreements cover key offshore wind farms Blyth and Teesside, as well as two battery energy storage systems (BESS), Sundon and Tye Lane, and has most recently been extended to include Neart na Gaoithe (NNG) Offshore Wind Farm.

Under the terms of the contracts, Ventus Energy will deliver HV control, senior authorised persons (SAP) services, and fault response and repair across all five sites. In addition, Blyth, Teesside, Sundon and Tye Lane will benefit from dedicated inspection and maintenance services.
