Structure removal Ekofisk Area

Fossil Energy – Decommissioning

ConocoPhillips reported on social media that 17 structures have been removed in the Greater Ekofisk Area over the past two decades comprising almost 200,000 tonnes of material.

During the summer of 2024, a new campaign was carried out where just below 20,000 tonnes were removed. Almost 98 percent of recyclable and reusable materials will be made into other products.
