General – Jan de Nul
William Thomson is the name of Jan de Nul’s second XL cable-laying vessel.
William Thomson will be the identical twin of our previously ordered Fleeming Jenkin.
Both vessels are fittingly named after renowned 19th-century scientists who are considered forerunners of the offshore cable industry.
