Wind Energy – Chinese Subsea Cable Barge
Orient Cable announced the launch of its Long-Range Heavy Subsea Cable Shuttle barge Dongfang Haigong 07 (DFHG 07).
The barge is specially designed to transport various types of subsea cables, including those for offshore wind and interconnection projects.
This cable barge features two 9000t turntables on deck, capable of holding up to 18000t of cable. It measures 42 metres in width, 128 metres in length and has a global operation range.
