MoU between Netherlands and Australia on hydrogen

Tuesday, January 31 2023

General – Hydrogen

The Netherlands and Australia are going to cooperate more in the field of hydrogen.

Yesterday Rob Jetten, the Dutch Minister for Climate and Energy, together with his Australian colleague Chris Bowen, signed a cooperation agreement (MoU).

Australia has the ambition to become a major producer of green hydrogen. By working together on a hydrogen chain from Australia to Europe, Australia can make an important contribution to the Dutch energy transition.
