GIP completes the acquisition procedure of wpd Taiwan and relaunched the brand: Skyborn Renewables.
wpd Taiwan has been 100% acquired by GIP and renamed as Skyborn Renewables Taiwan Co., Ltd.
Currently, the subsidiary responsible for development and management in Taiwan has completed its incorporation registration and is expected to complete the Chinese renaming process as Tien-Feng Renewables Energy Co., Ltd.
