Germany not in talks over Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline revival

Germany’s energy independence from Moscow is crucial and it is not in talks with Russia over a ‘possible pipeline-based supply of Russian gas’ via the partly damaged Nord Stream 2 pipeline, the economy ministry said on Monday to Reuters.

Denmark permits Gazprom’s Swiss subsidiary to preserve Nord Stream 2

General – Permission

The Danish Energy Agency has granted permission to Nord Stream 2 AG, Gazprom’s Swiss subsidiary, to carry out preservation work on the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea, which was damaged by a series of explosions in 2022.

Putin: if Europe want gas then open Nord Stream 2

President Vladimir Putin on Friday denied Russia had anything to do with Europe’s energy crisis, saying that if the European Union wanted more gas it should lift sanctions preventing the opening of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
