TenneT secures equity funding for TenneT Germany

Today, TenneT Holding has reached an agreement with three large institutional investors in Europe regarding their investment in TenneT Germany: APG (investing on behalf of Dutch pension fund ABP), Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, and Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM).

Apollo yesterday announced that Apollo-managed funds and affiliates have agreed to commit €3.2 billion of equity to a newly established joint venture with RWE, Germany’s largest power producer and a global leader in renewable power generation.
