Sale

DOF Group has agreed to sell Skandi Implementer, a subsea construction vessel built in 2018, to an undisclosed buyer.

Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, with the proceeds expected to materially reduce the group’s net debt.

The sale follows a series of fleet transactions as DOF continues to strengthen its financial position.

The company said the deal was not actively pursued but offered attractive terms for the group and its shareholders.

Skandi Implementer previously operated under a long-term contract in Mexico, which DOF terminated in January 2025 after the client defaulted on payments.

The vessel was subsequently equipped with two remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) owned by DOF and secured subsea construction, installation and cable repair work in the Gulf of Mexico.
