PSV
The christening ceremony for the Starnav Elektra vessel was held on 17 September at the Port of Rio Warehouse, at Pier Mauá.

Built at the Detroit Shipyard in Itajaí (SC), the PSV (Platform Supply Vessel) received an investment of approximately R$450 million and is the first vessel delivered under the Mar Aberto Programme, an initiative aimed at renewing and expanding the Petrobras System fleet.
The vessel will now proceed to operate at platforms in Brazil’s oil-producing basins.
The Starnav sailed from Santa Catarina to Rio de Janeiro with an all-female crew. Led by Captain Isabela Teixeira Ponce de Leon, the crew on board comprises a total of 16 women.
