Acquisition

WIND has acquired a significant stake in UK-based Tricore, further expanding the Group’s capabilities and strengthening its position as a global service partner across the entire cable lifecycle.

Tricore is recognised for its specialist expertise across cable testing and termination, fault finding and repair, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and technical project support, alongside its digital capabilities, including digital twinning and software solutions.

The company supports complex cable and energy projects with highly skilled personnel, engineered solutions and technology designed to improve quality, efficiency, safety and project execution.

By combining Tricore’s expertise with the capabilities already present within the WIND Group, clients will benefit from an even broader range of integrated services, bridging the gap between cable manufacturers, installation contractors, developers, and transmission system operators.
