Jan de Nul adds Crayfish to its fleet of trenchers

Nearshore Trencher

Jan de Nul announced that the compact nearshore trencher Crayfish will tag team with trenching support vessel Henry Darcy.

Together, they will safely bury subsea cables in shallow waters, at depths of up to five metres.

Crayfish will join the fleet at the end of 2026 and begin its first project in the German North Sea in 2027.
