Appointment
Siv Fagerland Christensen has taken up the position as Director of governance, finance and shared services.
Christensen is a part of the Directorate’s executive management team.
Christensen has the equivalent of a master’s degree in finance and business administration, and comes from an extensive private sector career in finance, strategy and business development.
“I wanted to do something different. I’ve never worked for the government before, only the private sector, so this is a very exciting opportunity,” says Christensen, who has a background from Norske Shell, Equinor, Orkla, Kverneland and DSD.
Her experience ranges from finance and economics to commercial negotiations and mergers and acquisitions.
