Niels Noordeloos, with longstanding experience at Deutsche Windtechnik and additional offshore expertise, has taken over as Managing Director for offshore activities in the Netherlands.
Rinze Venderbosch has assumed responsibility for DWT’s onshore operations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
In the onshore segment, Rinze is focusing on efficient operations, safety, and proximity to customers. His goal: creating reliable processes and strengthening local teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of the Dutch and Belgian markets.
On the offshore side, Niels is shaping a service strategy that combines technical expertise with end-to-end project execution. He aims to build long-term relationships based on transparency and trust, supporting offshore operators with a comprehensive service portfolio and deep practical knowledge.
Both are working closely together, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach for customers in both countries. Their shared objective is to deliver measurable value, whether onshore or offshore.
