Taiwan’s Energy Administration is set to cancel the 700 MW Youde offshore wind project, after its local developer, Shinfox Energy, collapsed financially and was delisted.
The company has repeatedly failed to complete the required administrative contract and performance bond payments amid severe global supply chain and macroeconomic pressures.
