First of three TCPs spooled on transport pallet

Thursday, August 6 2026

Strohm

The first of three Thermoplastic Composite Pipes (TCPs) for an upcoming project has now been successfully spooled onto its transport pallet, according to Strohm.

This project is one of the largest and stiffest pipeline solutions that Strohm has produced. It reflects Strohm’s collaborative approach, with our engineering teams working closely with the installation contractor and end client to develop bespoke solutions tailored to their project needs.

Every element, from the TCP design to the pallet and installation aids, has been considered to support safe handling and efficient offshore installation.
