The collaboration has been formed between Pacifico Energy Korea, a renewable energy corporation headquartered in the United States, and EEW KHPC, an offshore wind foundation manufacturer, KMC Line Co., a marine logistics and offshore wind vessel operator, and CS Energy Co., a supplier specializing in the manufacture and supply of key foundation components for offshore wind.

Under this agreement, the four companies will collaborate in developing the 3.2 GW Jindo offshore wind power cluster, leveraging their respective expertise. Pacifico will oversee and lead investment and the overall project, and EEW KHPC will cooperate in manufacturing and supplying offshore wind substructures, including pin piles, needed for the cluster.
