Boskalis’ cable-laying vessel Ndurance recently made a contribution to the development of an offshore wind farm in France.
Over the past few weeks, the vessel installed 31 inter-array cables, connecting the wind turbines of the 496 MW wind farm to the offshore substation.
The Ndurance carried out the project after a busy period in Taiwan. What made the voyage to Europe particularly notable was that the vessel loaded the cable for the French offshore wind farm in Greece.
This made the mobilization of our versatile cable-laying vessel highly efficient and supported the timely development of the offshore wind farm.
