The Purpus Power is a construction/service operation vessel (C/SOV).

The vessel will be used for planned and unplanned maintenance work within the OranjeWind offshore wind farm. The agreement is for an initial term of five years, with the option to extend.

The Purus Power is purpose-built for the challenging environment of offshore wind operations. Designed for extended stays at sea, the vessel offers cabins, office space, meeting areas, a gym, and a canteen, ensuring maintenance technicians enjoy maximum comfort.

It also features an integrated walk-to-work system, enabling employees to safely transfer between the ship and wind turbines, along with other advanced equipment.

OranjeWind is a joint venture between RWE and TotalEnergies.
