OEG has acquired Hybrid Resource Management to expand its technical services capability.

Hybrid provides workforce support for onshore and offshore wind projects across the UK and Europe, including preventative maintenance and major corrective repairs, OEG said.

The acquisition adds more than 80 technicians and specialist personnel to OEG’s capabilities, the company added.

Hybrid was established in 2019 and will continue to operate under its existing brand before integration into OEG in the first quarter of 2027.

Directors Stephen Potter and Morwenna Richards will continue to lead the business.
