CIP Taiwan announces that Mark Wainwright, CEO of the Fengmiao I Offshore Wind Project, has officially assumed the additional role of CEO for the Fengmiao II Offshore Wind Project.
With more than eight years of experience in Taiwan’s offshore wind industry, including his previous role taking the Zhong Neng Offshore Wind Farm from early-stage development into commercial operation, Mark brings deep knowledge of the local policy landscape, market dynamics, and supply chain ecosystem.
Within Taiwan’s offshore wind sector, it is rare to find leaders who have guided projects through both the development and construction phases.
Mark’s experience across these critical stages positions him firmly to help drive Fengmiao II forward as the project continues to advance.
