Wind Energy – Floating Wind

Qair Group announced that Eolmed, its floating wind turbine pilot project in the south of France, has been successfully energised!

This marks the start of a critical phase of technical testing, paving the way for full commissioning and the first kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity to be fed into the grid.

A showcase of European industrial know-how, Eolmed is 80% constructed by French companies and 100% European, setting the foundation for a sustainable European floating wind energy sector.
