General – ROV Services
Belov Engenharia has signed a total of eight contracts with Petrobras for chartering and providing shallow diving (up to 50 meters) and ROV services with DSV (Diving Support Vessels) type vessels.

The contracts will come into effect between the second half of 2026 and the second half of 2027.
The signed contracts total R$2.7 billion, to be executed over four years.
Belov already has three DSVs under contract with the Petrobras and will need a new vessel, the Belov Arembepe, which is under construction at the group’s shipyard in Bahia.
The vessels will be used for inspection and maintenance services on Petrobras’ offshore platforms.
The director of the Belov group, Juracy Gesteira Vilas-Bôas, said that each of the four vessels has a service contract and a charter contract, all to be provided by the company. The signing of the eight agreements was completed on February 26th.
The construction of the Belov Arembepe began in February of this year, and delivery is scheduled for mid-2027. According to the company, this new vessel will incorporate important upgrades based on operational feedback from the other two DSVs built by the group: Amaralina and Humaitá. The DSV’s propulsion will be diesel-electric with hydrojet, and the vessel will operate with dynamic positioning class 2 (DP2).
The Arembepe DSV was designed for shallow diving and ROV operations, integrating the most advanced onboard technologies globally, with power and automation architecture optimized for energy efficiency, operational redundancy, and positioning precision, expanding the spectrum of offshore missions with safety.
