Saturday, March 28 2026

General – Newbuilding

ZPMC has officially begun with the construction of China’s deepest-operating jackup vessel, featuring the longest legs in its class.

The vessel is equipped with a 1,600-tonne revolving crane and legs extending up to 142 meters.

Designed for unrestricted ocean navigation, it can perform high-stability emergency salvage operations even in challenging sea conditions.

It operates in water depths of up to 90 meters and achieves a lifting height of 210 meters above deck.

This multipurpose vessel will transport and install offshore wind turbine foundations, support towers, nacelles, and blades.

It also provides platform maintenance and offshore accommodation capabilities, making it a versatile solution for diverse offshore operations.
