Key delivery partners for BC-Wind project in Poland

As already published the BC-Wind offshore wind farm project of OW Ocean Winds achieved financial close in December last year.

And you may have already seen recent announcements involving key delivery partners; Hellenic Cables, DEME and Seaway7, which highlight the momentum building behind the project.

These agreements bring the project closer to offshore construction starting in 2027, and ultimately to delivering a new source of clean energy for Poland with first power in 2028, supplying over 488,999 households.

Key contracted scopes underway are:

• As already published the BC-Wind offshore wind farm project of OW Ocean Winds achieved financial close in December last year. will supply ~ 70 km of 66 kV inter-array cables.

• DEME Group will install the inter-array cables and 27 monopile foundations.

• Hellenic Cables + DEME will deliver ~ 29 km of 275 kV export cable under an EPCI contract.

• Seaway7 will transport and install 26 transition pieces and the offshore substation platform.
