Wind Energy – Collaboration

Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions (TGES) has signed an agreement with IX Renewables of the Netherlands to collaborate on an offshore wind power generation project.

This agreement combines IX’s expertise in offshore wind power generation with TGES’s knowledge of energy infrastructure engineering and Japanese domestic regulations to jointly win orders for engineering services (technical support for design, construction, and O&M) and project management.

IX has been operating an offshore wind power consulting business in the Netherlands since 2006, specializing in EPCI management and consulting across the entire wind power lifecycle. With offices in Europe and Asia, the company provides comprehensive project solutions that integrate technical, commercial, and legal expertise to developers and investors worldwide.

TGES has been involved in owner’s engineering, construction, and maintenance services for energy infrastructure ( LNG terminals, pipelines, district heating and cooling plants, etc. ) both in Japan and overseas for over 50 years.
