General – Appointment
The Supervisory Board of Sif Holding announces its intention to appoint Koen Bogers as a new Executive Board member and CEO as of 1 August 2026.
Fred van Beers will be reappointed as Executive Board member and CEO for an additional three months until 31 July 2026.
The changes will be tabled for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 8 May 2026 in Rotterdam. Effective 8 May, Koen Bogers will join Sif, taking over the helm from Fred van Beers on 1 August 2026.
