Wind Energy – Taiwan

Fengmiao Offshore Wind Farm has completed its first batch of jackets.

According to CIP Taiwan, this is a key milestone that lays the groundwork for offshore installation to begin in 2026.

This achievement highlights the strong execution capabilities of CIP with Century Wind Power, the local supplier of jacket foundations for Fengmiao.

The completion of the first batch of jacket foundations is a demonstration that construction is advancing in line with schedule, providing investors, lenders, and offtakers with confidence that the project remains on track for scheduled completion in 2027.

Looking ahead, CIP continues to develop the 600MW Fengmiao II wind farm and remains confident in its ability to further expand its supply of Taiwan’s large-scale, long-term, stable renewable electricity by 2030.
