Fossil Energy – Namibia

Sintana Energy, based in Canada, unveils exciting plans for Walvis Basin Expansion off the Coast of Namibia.

The company has signed a letter of intent (LOI) for exclusive rights to invest in PEL 37 off Namibia’s coast.

This LOI, valid until April 30, 2026, allows Sintana to conduct due diligence and become a shareholder in Paragon Oil and Gas.

The move positions Sintana near Chevron-operated PEL 82, boosting exploration potential.

A $1 million deposit secures this exclusivity, with further details to follow as Sintana evaluates this strategic expansion.
