General – Acquisition

Sea Energy and Renewables announced the acquisition of the anchor handling tug supply vessel Sea Atlantic.

Built in 2012, the DNV Class vessel (formerly Skandi Atlantic) delivers 194‑tonne bollard pull, high stability, and the capability to operate in diverse water depths and challenging offshore conditions.

Currently deployed in Bass Strait, Sea Atlantic will continue supporting local offshore energy projects, reinforcing our commitment to safe, efficient, and reliable marine logistics.

“Through the combined capabilities of our joint venture partners, we are uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive logistics solutions,” says Scott Irvine, General Manager, Sea Energy and Renewables.

“From supply bases and port operations to offshore support and energy operations, the addition of Sea Atlantic strengthens our ability to deliver seamless, client‑focused outcomes across complex projects.”
