Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas announced Tuesday the appointment of Canaccord Genuity as joint broker with immediate effect.

The oil and gas exploration company, which focuses on offshore Atlantic Margins, also made several executive appointments. Keely Pearce has joined as Vice President, Operations in a non-board position. Pearce brings over 30 years of industry experience across exploration, seismic and drilling operations, and was part of the team that discovered the Venus field offshore Namibia.
Alice Carroll has been promoted to Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Affairs, effective January 1, 2026. She joins the executive team led by Gil Holzman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Gadi Levin, Vice President, Finance.
Canaccord will work alongside the company’s existing corporate broker Berenberg and Strand Hanson, Eco Atlantic’s Financial and Nominated adviser. The firm was appointed following its role in the recent strategic partnership with Navitas Petroleum LP.
Eco Atlantic holds interests in offshore licenses in Guyana, Namibia, and South Africa. In Guyana, the company operates with 100% working interest in the 1,354 km² Orinduik Block.
In Namibia, it holds operatorship and 85% working interest in three offshore petroleum licenses. The company also maintains interests in South Africa’s Orange Basin.
