General – Charter Agreement
Brazilian shipping group OceanPact has signed a new contract worth more than 500 million reais ($90 million) with Petrobras for work offshore the South American nation.

It is the third major charter agreement signed between the two companies over the past few months, increasing the number of vessels operated by OceanPact in Brazilian waters.
OceanPact said on Tuesday it signed a four-year contract with Petrobras for the supply of the anchor-handling tug supply vessel (AHTS-TO) Rochedo de Sao Paulo for tanker offloading operations.
The contract work scope includes the handling and maintenance of offloading hoses, starting in 2026.
