Wind Energy – EFGL Project
Over the past few months, Offshore Independents has been assisting the DEME Group with the preparation of a floating wind cable installation for the EFGL project.
Offshore Independents updated the OrcaFlex models originally provided by DEME for pull-ins, normal lay, cable recovery, inline joint overboarding, and mooring analysis.
Thanks to excellent cooperation with the DEME project team and multiple reviews, the simulations were completed in time for installation operations.
