Ocean Oilfield Drilling is set to acquire the jack-up drilling rig Noble Resolve.
The transaction is expected to close upon completion of the rig’s current contract, after which it will be delivered to Ocean Oilfield Drilling.
This strategic acquisition not only strengthens Ocean Oilfield’s fleet but also marks an important step in its continued growth.
