Fossil Energy – Tiber Project

SLB OneSubsea has been awarded a contract by bp for a subsea boosting system in the greenfield development of the Tiber project, located in the deepwater U.S. offshore region.

SLB One Subsea is a joint venture backed by SLB, Aker Solutions, and Subsea7.

This engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for Tiber follows closely on from the award of a sister subsea boosting system for BP’s Kaskida development.

Both projects, which target prolific Paleogene reserves, leverage the same supplier-led, standardised, high-pressure subsea pump system solution.
