Fossil Energy – MoU

Dragon Oil, the wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and its trading arm, SOCAR Trading.

The MoU aims to enhance cooperation in exploration, production, development, and marketing, while exploring opportunities for future joint projects in the oil and gas sector.

As the primary crude oil producer in Turkmenistan and a long-standing strategic partner of the Turkmen Government for more than 25 years, Dragon Oil continues to consolidate its global presence and pursue sustainable growth in key energy markets.
